How the app works

Bookkeeper takes over the accountant’s routine. You enter the data — the system automatically creates accounting entries. Based on them, you can generate reports (PDF or Excel) to know:

  • How much and what resources remain.
  • Where they were spent.
  • For which period.

Simple workflow:

  1. Select the type of operation and fill in the form.
  2. Save it.
  3. Click “Process”.

The system will automatically create entries and allocate amounts across accounts.
Resources can be anything: money (with unlimited currencies), time, gold, or even custom units — it’s up to your imagination. Accounts and calculation rules can also be customized.

Examples of operations:

  • Withdrawing cash from a card.
  • Paying utility bills.
  • Receiving salary.
  • Buying groceries.
  • Investing in home construction.
  • Car repair or maintenance expenses.

If something changes, click “Unprocess”, edit the data, and process again.
